The fastest way to ensure you get the item you need is to return the one you have and then place a new order separately once the return has been accepted.

Refund Processing

After we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you and inform you whether your refund has been approved. If approved, the refund will be automatically issued to your original method of payment. Please note that your bank or credit card company may require additional time to process and post the refund. Some products may incur a restocking fee.
