Return Eligibility
Customers can return unwanted items within 15 days of receiving them for a refund. To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:
Items must be returned within 30 days of receiving the package.
Items must be in brand-new condition, unworn, and with all original tags attached.
Items that have been washed or altered in any way cannot be returned.
Please keep your postage receipt as proof until you receive your refund or exchange, in case we need to verify it later. If you cannot provide the postage receipt upon request, we will not be able to process your refund or exchange.
Issues with Delivery
If you experience delayed delivery, receive the wrong item, or find that an item is defective,please contact us within 7 days of receiving the item. We are here to assist you and ensure everything is resolved promptly.
Quality Inspection
All returned items undergo a quality check upon arrival. If an item is returned damaged, worn, or in unsatisfactory condition without prior approval, we may not accept the return and might send the item back to you at an additional cost.
Delayed Returns
If you are unable to return an item within the 30-day window, please contact us within this period to inform us of the delay. Any returns received after 30 days are not eligible for a refund. Please note that any items returned after 30 days without prior approval may be sent back to you at an additional cost.
Amanda reserves the right to refuse refunds or exchanges if the above steps are not followed.
Refund Details
When returning items, the amount paid for the goods and applicable taxes will be refunded. However, shipping fees and any expedited service charges will not be reimbursed. We encourage customers to inspect and try on all items immediately upon delivery. Some items may incur a restocking fee, which will be detailed in the confirmation email you receive after placing your order.
