Order Confirmation

Once we receive your order, our customer service team will send you a confirmation email within 24 hours. In this email, we will verify all important details with you, such as measurements, color, style, and expected delivery time. We will begin making your gown immediately after these details are confirmed.

If we do not hear back from you within 7 days, we will start production based on the style, color, and size specified in your original order. Please note that the confirmation email might be filtered into your spam folder. Be sure to check there if you don't see it in your inbox. If you have any issues or cannot locate the email, please contact us.

Production Time

Since most of our gowns are custom-made to your specifications, the production time can vary, typically ranging from 10 to 30 days. This timeframe depends on the complexity of the design and seasonal demand fluctuations. To ensure you receive your gown by your desired date, we recommend placing your order as early as possible, especially during peak seasons when lead times may be extended. Custom colors or special designs may require additional time and cost.

Shipping Arrangements

When your gown is ready to ship, we will provide you with a tracking number so you can monitor its journey.

Expedited Shipping: With expedited shipping, you can expect to receive your gown within 3 to 5 business days after receiving the tracking number.
Standard Shipping: For standard shipping, you should receive your gown within 12 to 15 business days after receiving the tracking number.
During peak seasons, we recommend choosing expedited shipping, which can deliver your gown approximately 10 days faster than standard shipping.
